All you need is:
1 1/4 Cups Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil (measured when solid)
Melt together (in microwave about 1 minute or over double boiler. This needs to be warm to pour over ice cream, it will harden as it cools. Very yummy and pretty similiar to the real thing, in fact I like it better.
